report: $5,128 with a few outstanding bills

report given by Mrs. Martinez- we made AYP, preliminary state
assessment scores were Math=86%, Reading =83%

de mayo= approximately $1,500 was raised, it will go towards next
year’s cinco de mayo celebration

shirts will be available to purchase at enrollment, Mrs. Martinez
will take care of ordering these. They will be sold at cost, no
profit will be made on these.

to purchase thank you gifts for Sylvia and Raquel in the office,
they do a lot for PTO throughout the year. Voted on and passed

for next year: Parents need to be signed up for PTO in order to
vote on motions on the table. If they are not signed up, they may
sign up at the meeting they are attending and vote on issues the
next month

Teacher conference dinners=$1,000

Accelerated Reader=$2,500

Math
a thon/Spell a thon=$1,500

Staff shirts=$500

Principal’s fund=$1,500 (this will be split 50/50 with the teacher
appreciation committee, chairs are Julie Lowrance and Jennifer
Halabi)
